- Are all customers qualified to Prime Academy?
No. Only customers that meet the following criteria are invited to the Prime Academy:
- Aggregate / total Monthly Subscription Fee (MSF) or Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) of at least P 40,000.
- Every P 40,000 MRC is equivalent to 1 Learning Credit. (For example, client X with P 138,000 MRC has 3 Learning Credits.)
- A Learning Credit is good for one student for one class. (For example, client X with 3 Learning Credits can send 3 students to the same class, or 1 student to 3 classes.)
- Service must be active.
- Client must agree to the Terms and Conditions for availing Learning Credits as stipulated in the Learning Credit Voucher.
- What does aggregate MSF/MRC mean?
This is the sum of all Monthly Subscription Fees (MSF)/ Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC) of the customer. For example, if a customer has 3 accounts with MSFs of P24,000, P30,000 and P22,000, the aggregate MSF is P76,000.

Can someone with less than P40,000 MSF/MRC qualify?
No. The minimum MSF is P40,000.
- Can a client use email hosting or web hosting to qualify?
Yes. Any corporate service that is active with us may be used to qualify to Prime Academy.
- What is a Learning Credit?
A Learning Credit is the credit earned by the customer to enroll to Prime Academy. For every P25,000 MSF, the customer earns one Learning Credit. One Learning Credit allows one student to attend one class.
- How long are the classes and who are the instructors?
Each class will take a minimum of 24 hours split into three 8-hour sessions or days. Instructors are certified CCDAs and /or CCNAs who went through a rigorous selection process before they were selected.
The Prime Academy faculty is headed by a Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI) who has trained Cisco engineers from different companies and telcos.
- Will meals be provided?
Yes, refreshments and lunch will be provided. For students with special dietary restrictions, appropriate arrangements can be made.
- Can attendees skip modules (go direct to a desired module)?
No. Modules are designed to work sequentially. For the benefit of all attendees, students have to start from Module 1.
- Will late-comers be allowed to attend the class?
Yes. However, students are encouraged to come in early to avoid disrupting the class.
- Will total duration of tardiness be computed, as basis for giving Certificate of Attendance?
Yes. Students must attend at least 75% of the number of hours in order to get a Certificate of Attendance. This helps assure that proper training was conducted.
- Will students be allowed to attend if account is suspended or terminated after enrolment has been confirmed?
No. The service must be active for students to attend the class.
- What happens if the student forgets to bring Learning Credit Voucher?
Since pre-enrollment is necessary, the student needs to bring a valid company ID for verification.
- What is the cut-off date for students to request change of class schedule?
Students have until 2 weeks before the class to request changes in class schedules. If the student requests to change within 14 calendar days of the start of the class, the Learning Credit will be forfeited. Learning Credits will also be forfeited if students do not attend the class.
- What will students get after the class?
Students will get Certificates of Attendance.
