Prime Academy | Prime Communications - Service, first-rate and foremost


	Enrollment to Prime Academy is by invitation only and given for free. This is open to valued clients selected based on actual and potential usage pattern and/or loyalty. A qualified client is given the following documents: 2.1. Letter to advise eligibility for enrollment to Prime Academy 2.2. Learning Voucher/s 2.3. Schedule of Classes 2.4. Full Mechanics 2.5. Training Nomination Form 2.6. Participant's Profile Form 3. To enroll, a qualified client must submit the Training Nomination Form and Participant’s Profile Form to the Prime Academy Secretariat thru any of the following: Email: primeacademy@prime.net.ph Fax No.: +63 2 631-4950 OR hand-delivered through your Prime Communications RM or AM. Enrollment will be on a first-come-first-served basis. To qualify for enrollment, the account must be active. The Prime Academy Secretariat will inform clients via email to confirm enrollment. In case the preferred class schedule is already full, the client will be automatically placed in the next available slot. The Prime Academy Secretariat will coordinate with the client via email and phone call. Prime Academy reserves the right to revise class schedules and clients shall be informed accordingly. The lower module is always a prerequisite of the higher module e.g. Module 1 is a prerequisite of Module 2, Module 2 is a prerequisite of Module 3 and so on. Non-appearance or cancellation of enrollment within two (2) weeks before the start of the class forfeits the learning voucher/s. A participant must attend at least 75% of the class to earn a Certificate of Attendance. Learning Credits are valid until the expiration date indicated on the Learning Voucher.
